Naturalmins is the brainchild of Dr. Jaquel Patterson, and was born out of a need for high-quality and accessible vitamins and educational resources for all people that desire total health and wellness naturally.

Dr. Patterson’s passion for naturopathic medicine began at an early age where she grew up watching the benefits of alternative healing practices. During adolescence, her mother struggled with lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and conventional treatment fell short of meeting and looking at her needs holistically.
Now, Dr. Patterson is well known as a nationally recognized naturopathic physician, Past President of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, Amazon Best-Seller and Forbes contributor. She runs a multi-disciplinary medical practice, Fairfield Family Health, in Fairfield, CT providing both in-person, telemedicine and concierge services. Her areas of focus are Lyme disease and other tick-borne infections, autoimmune conditions and mental health, including childhood developmental disorders.
She is a sought after speaker and has experience presenting at large conferences like A4M and has appeared multiple times on television, publications, radio and international conferences. She is a board member for the American Academy of Environmental Medicine, board member for Connecticut Association of Naturopathic Medicine, faculty for AARM and prior faculty for A4M, and active member of the Forbes Business Council.
She serves as a medical advisor for Zycal Bioceuticals and Vermont Hemp Health. She additionally works as a business consultant for AARM and is a frequent presenter for Xymogen and Nutramedix. In addition to her naturopathic medical degree from the University of Bridgeport, she has her MBA in Healthcare Management from Quinnipiac University and her bachelor’s of science from Cornell University. She also completed a fellowship for Functional Medicine Psychiatry and fellowship for Functional Medicine ADHD, and is an active member of the Institute for Functional Medicine.
